About IWD
Indian Women in Dubai was founded as a platform to connect women. Now it has become so much more!.Today, IWD is a registered rapidly growing online community with 50,000+ members that not only connects women but celebrates their talents as well.
Our community supports, encourages and promotes women from all walks of life to grow and thrive. We work tirelessly towards breaking the glass ceiling and taking women-led businesses to the soaring heights that they deserve. We have become the ‘Google for Indian Women In Dubai’, the go-to for every query, for every recommendation for the expat women living away from home. We now have multiple clubs including fitness club, food club, book club, art, and everything else you can ever think of! We have something for you.

The IWD community is actively involved in promoting women-led businesses and entrepreneurs and envisions bridging the gap in the business industry and creating more opportunities for female entrepreneurs and professionals.
The face of IWD, Ms Reema has been honoured in the Gulf Maharashtrian Business Forum Global for her contribution and SHE Inspiration Award at the SHE awards 2020. She was also nominated as the Voice of Dubai at the Women of Excellence Awards 2021.
Over the last two years, IWD has grown tremendously in the digital space. The mission remains simple- “to be a family away from family”. The community is aimed at making friends, supporting each other, celebrating events together as well as empowering women-led businesses. IWD wishes to play an instrumental role in encouraging women to be their best selves and realising that we are stronger when we come together.

Reema Mahajan – Founder of Dubai’s Largest Women Only Community Group – ‘Indian Women in Dubai’ also well known as ‘IWD’ .
Reema is an IIT & IIM Graduate with experience of International Management Consulting at Bain & Company but she decided to follow her Passion for Working with Women. Her Passionate Agenda is #womensupportingwomen
Her IWD group currently has nearly 50,000 Indian Women. It is a Social and Business Platform to Empower Women-led Businesses. Reema is a Dubai Lifestyle Influencer and has been featured on Leading Radio Channels and Newspapers including Gulf News, Khaleej Times and Filmfare Magazine.
She is a Recipient of Multiple Awards including ‘Inspiring Woman of the Year 2021’. Reema’s Life Mantra is ‘When Women Support each other, incredible things Happen’! She is on a Mission to Create Opportunities for Women to take the initiative and showcase their Talent as well as Creativity to the World.
